During my Seventies childhood, View-Master discs and paperback novelizations were often the closest I came to watching the great majority of 'grown-up' movies that were in theaters back then, at least until (or if) they appeared on network TV, in censored form with commercial interruptions. The 'good ol' days' weren't always good.
